Milan Cathedral

This is a beast of a church.

It is the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and the second largest Catholic cathedral. It is the seat of the Archbishop of Milan. Sporting the highest naves of any existing, completed church, the church also houses numerous sarcophaguses of prominent church figures and as many as three altars. As far as relics, the church is purported to have a nail from the crucifixion in their church. The most impressive piece of art in the church is the statue of St. Bartholomew.
